Decadent White Chocolate Raspberry Fudge

A rich and creamy dessert featuring white chocolate and tart raspberries, perfect for any occasion.

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped bars
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until melted and smooth (about 5 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in the raspberries, being careful not to crush them.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Lift out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares to serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Fudge can be frozen for up to 3 months.
