Creamy Beef Taco Stuffed Shells

Indulge in creamy, cheesy pasta stuffed with savory beef and flavorful spices, merging classic stuffed pasta with the zest of tacos.

Ingredients

  • Large pasta shells
  • Ground beef
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • Taco seasoning
  • Sour cream
  • Diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned, then drain and mix in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes.
  4. Blend cream cheese, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheese until smooth.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the creamy mixture over the shells and top with remaining shredded cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
