  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 2 cups water
  • Sweetener (sugar, honey, or stevia, to taste)

  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin: In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of water with 2 tablespoons of gelatin. Heat over low heat while stirring until dissolved, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add sweetener and flavoring: Stir in your choice of sweetener and desired flavoring. Mix completely.
  4. Cool the mixture: Allow the mixture to cool slightly for about 10 minutes before pouring it into molds or a shallow dish.
  5. Chill until set: Place the molds or dish in the fridge for at least 120-180 minutes or until fully firm.
  6. Cut and enjoy: When firm, cut into desired shapes or use molds to pop out. Serve chilled.
