  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: apple cider vinegar, gelatin, water, and sweetener.
  2. Pour 1 cup of cold water into a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over it. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the remaining 1 cup of water until warm (not boiling) and pour it into the bowl with bloomed gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Mix in the apple cider vinegar and sweetener until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish and cool for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until fully set.
  7. Pop out of molds or cut into squares and enjoy!
